In 2013 He began writing and working on a Single.
2014 He went into a local artist from south louisiana Travis Matte's studio called "Kingpin Studio's".
First Single was a song called Bonnie and Clyde.
With great response from the single he decided it wasn't going to end there.
2015 He went in to Leap Studio's Owned by Paul Broussard and went in and cut 4 covers that he felt was a great fit for him.
2016 He released a new single called GrandDaddy's Gun a song that Nashville song writer Rhett Adkins wrote.

Corky Mire was born in Kaplan,Louisiana,on July 10,1985. While growing up he attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church. His Grandmother and Grandfather were involved with the community. He showed interest in music from a early age, performing in various talent compatitions, while attending Rene A. Rost Middle School (Louisiana), he sang in his schools choir and soon picked up a guitar and as they say "THE REST IS HISTORY".
